Return Policy:
We stand behind the quality of all of our products. You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for any reason. We will gladly issue a credit covering the value of your returned item, less shipping and handling charges. A 35% restocking fee may be applied if the return is made after 30 days or not in the original packaging. Staffent USA® reserves the right to refuse merchandise returned in a damaged, incomplete, or obviously used condition.

Please reference your order number with the return. Should the item be defective in any way, please Contact Us for a return authorization. Returns can only be made with an authorization number, or Items will be returned to sender.
