Terms: 100% Due at time of order. In event of cancellation, Dallas Sound Art, Stafford Enterprises, shall retain the down payment as liquidated damages, i.e., no refund. Dallas Sound Art also reserves the right for full payment prior to assembly of units for custom orders. For custom orders cancelled by purchaser, all monies paid by purchaser shall be retained by Stafford Enterprises as liquidated damages. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost unless expressly waived in writing by Stafford Enterprises. All checks will be made payable to Stafford Enterprises. Due to copyright laws, the customer understands that any images uploaded or emailed for your prints cannot be under copyright not owned by you. In addition, due to the custom nature of the orders, any cancellation by the customer will result in defaulting the original payment to Staffent Enterprises i.e. no refunding of money paid.
